Stone Mountain Park, Georgia CLIMB & DESCEND CAMP

$200 - full weekend

Every participant from previous Camps, who had historical riding data prior to the Camps, rode past routes after the Camps and 100% of them set multiple PR’s. Those without previous data all stated their ability to climb noticeably increased, along with increased confidence while descending.

One advanced “A” level rider set 26 new PR’s out of 29 segments on the main Cheaha Challenge toughest climbing section (Cheaha Climb/Descend Camp)

THAT’S RESULTS!!!

Don't upgrade your bike...upgrade your engine...YOU. Learn better riding technique, reduce your effort while dramatically increasing your performance.

Bottom line, every cyclist wants to climb better. Doing hill repeats can certainly make you stronger but if your technique is biomechanically incorrect, it costs you very precious effort and speed. Our clients average a 15%-35% increase in their climbing ability (based on actual Clients feedback). We teach you how to climb in the saddle and the three positions out of the saddle. Learn why you never want to climb a hill sitting up in the saddle. Finally, one key component to being the most efficient climber, is to know how to shift properly. Depending upon your current shifting technique, you may need to complete a Shifting session prior to attacking a Climbing session.

GUARANTEED PROVEN RESULTS. SINCE 2005

Q: Are you somewhere in between a ‘newbie’ and a seasoned cyclist?
